  • 800 g ground beef

  • 200 g Kidney beans cooked

  • 1,5 msk Santa Maria BBQ rubbing

  • Salt

  • Accessories. 60 grams Kale

  • 7 Hamburger bread

  • 2 yellow onions sliced

  • 1.5 dl of oil

  • 2 dl Mayonnaise

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • Salt and pepper

  • 1.5 kg Baked potatoes or larger firm potatoes.

  • 2 salt cucumber

Gör så här:

  1. Set the oven to 250 degrees hot air.

  2. Add and mix kidney beans

  3. Mix ground beef, kidney beans, BBQ seasoning, and salt

  4. Form 7 burgers of 150 g and place them on the Ipinium grill tray.

  5. Cut the potatoes into chips, rinse in cold water, and strain.

  6. Place the potatoes on the Ipinium baking sheet, add oil and salt and

  7. bake for about 5 minutes in hot air.

  8. Brown the onion in a frying pan until golden brown, add beer, lower the heat and let braise on low heat for about 10 minutes.

  9. and Shred the kale thinly, mix with mayo, garlic, salt and pepper.

  10. Fry the burgers in the oven for about 4 minutes, let rest (Medium)

  11. Fry the bread and arrange the burger and top with pickles.

  12. Serve!
