2018
Generation Waste is founded and the first Ipad version of the application is launched. Customers are Gothenburg City Theater and Comfort Hotel in Gothenburg. GU Ventures invests in Generation Waste and the company is accepted into the Founders Loft incubator program.
2019
Sales increase with new customers such as Liseberg, Harrys Restauranger, Gunnebo Slott, Lindvallens Restauranger and Arken Hotel. The real estate company Poseidon pays attention to Generation Waste and brings out the cookbook ”Kokbok för snåljåpar”.
2020
The mobile application for iPhone and Android is launched and Generation Waste signs an agreement with its first municipality: Bollebygd. Other new customers are the Gothenburg family, Hotel Lorensberg, and Ester Mosesson's Gymnasium. Together with three business angels, GU Ventures invests SEK 1 million in the company.
2021
Three municipalities and three private schools become new customers, and Göteborg Famij and Liseberg expand the system to more restaurants. The company is hiring a full-time salesperson. A cooperation agreement is signed with the wholesale company Nores in Norway and a new investment around of SEK 5 million is signed.
2022
The company hires another three full-time employees expands our tech team by two employees and launches a completely new platform with Co2 calculations in the system. Growing with customers throughout Sweden.
