What is required in the kitchen equipment?

Since May 2015, it is a standard that describes and manages power management, which is called DIN standard 18875 for commercial kitchen appliances. The machines need to have these interfaces mounted inside the equipment to be able to use the power management system, these can be mounted afterwards if it is not included from the start.
