Semla Granola

Ingredienser

Perfect for sprinkling over yogurt or smoothie bowls!

  • 2 leftover semla buns, crumbled

  • 2 dl (¾ cup) oats

  • 1 dl (½ cup) chopped almonds

  • 1 tsp ground cardamom

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 1 tbsp melted coconut oil or butter

Gör så här:

  • Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F)

  • Crumble the semla buns and mix with oats, almonds, and cardamom in a bowl.

  • Drizzle with honey and melted coconut oil or butter

  • Mix well

  • Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper

  • Bake for 15–20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and crisp

  • Let cool completely and store in an airtight container
