Perfect for sprinkling over yogurt or smoothie bowls!
2 leftover semla buns, crumbled
2 dl (¾ cup) oats
1 dl (½ cup) chopped almonds
1 tsp ground cardamom
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp melted coconut oil or butter
Gör så här:
Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F)
Crumble the semla buns and mix with oats, almonds, and cardamom in a bowl.
Drizzle with honey and melted coconut oil or butter
Mix well
Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Bake for 15–20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and crisp
Let cool completely and store in an airtight container
