Arken Hotel & Art Garden Spa collaborates with Generation Waste to reduce its food waste and work in a more climate-smart and sustainable way with its raw materials, from farm to table.
Arken Hotel has already collaborated with Generation Waste since 2019. For Arken hotel, the collaboration with Generation Waste is completely in line with their other sustainability work
- In our kitchen, we mainly use organic and locally produced ingredients, for seasonal menus. Working to reduce our food waste, therefore, feels completely in line with our values.
