We thank Aquarelle for choosing Generation Waste to reduce food waste in their kitchen and to work more sustainably.
Aquarelle works actively for a more sustainable production of raw materials and cooking as well as reduced food waste. Generation Waste helps Aquarelle to reduce food waste and thrive for sustainability. Aquarelle Restaurant, Catering & Event only uses MSC-labelled fish and shellfish, chooses locally produced and preferably organic vegetables over imported ones and chooses meat with care.
