What do we do with the leftover Cinnamon rolls?



Well, here are some tips:

  • slice and dry and serve as a luxurious crust

  • share and fry like poor knights

  • mix the buns into cinnamon bun flour and bake new buns, a soft cinnamon bun cake, or super tasty cinnamon bun slices.

  • cinnamon bun pancakes on the same "flour" taste delicious! Replace 50% of wheat flour with bread flour in with the remaining ingredients.

  • room temperature butter

  • cold milk

  • long fermentation time

  • a little cornstarch in the remonce

  • brush the buns with sugar syrup when they are taken out
