Tell us a little about your background, Peter
I have a background in the IT industry and system solutions for retail. I have been on a trip where we took a company with 7 employees and a turnover of 10 million. to a turnover of 250 million and 200 employees. During this time, I have acquired knowledge about what happens in a growing company. Since 2018, I run a small company in the same industry.
Why have you chosen to become an investor in Generation Waste?
I have known Mats Rofors for many years and he told me about Generation Waste and the combination of technology and work to reduce food waste and increase profitability for their customers, which wmade me interested. After I spoke with Daniel and heard about how he is passionate about the idea of ​​working to change behavior around food handling at all levels. My interest in cooking and eating good food also had a certain impact.
Where do you think Generation Waste will be in 10 years?
I believe that the awareness of reducing the earth's resources will increase every year and with that, Generation Waste will grow into a company with customers in several countries.
What role do you have as a co-owner and how will you be able to contribute in the best way?
With my experience in IT and product development projects, I will be able to be a mentor to the developers of the Generation Waste system and with my experience of being in a growing company, I will be able to contribute as a sounding board to Daniel and others on the board.
