Ingredients
800g ground beef
200g kidney beans, cooked
1.5 tbsp BBQ rubbing
Salt and freshly grounded black pepper to taste
Steps:
Carefully mash or pulse the kidney beans - the bean paste should not be too smooth and wet
Mix the ground beef, kidney beans, BBQ seasoning and salt together carefully and gently. A tightly mixed hamburger batter will be slightly dry
Shape 7 burgers of 150g
Fry or grill on high heat
Do you want to oven-bake them? Set the oven to 250°C and use a preheated baking pan
