Eco-friedly burger

Ingredients

  • 800g ground beef 

  • 200g kidney beans, cooked 

  • 1.5 tbsp BBQ rubbing 

  • Salt and freshly grounded black pepper to taste 

Steps:

  1. Carefully mash or pulse the kidney beans - the bean paste should not be too smooth and wet 

  2. Mix the ground beef, kidney beans, BBQ seasoning and salt together carefully and gently. A tightly mixed hamburger batter will be slightly dry 

  3. Shape 7 burgers of 150g 

  4. Fry or grill on high heat 

  5. Do you want to oven-bake them? Set the oven to 250°C and use a preheated baking pan
