🤝New is our collaboration with Skapaskolan and the acclaimed chef Daniél Kallonas.
With statistics from the Generation Waste measurement tool, Skapaskolan will educate students (and educators) that sustainability already starts on the plate. Skapaskolan has a vision worth working for - Sweden's finest school environment, top-class academic development, personal development, passionate and skilled employees.
In 2021, the school was nominated in the White guide junior in six categories (where they were in the top three in all of them) and collected two wins. This year there are seven more nominations to hope for! We wish team Skapakolan's kitchen: Daniél, Ulrika and Eleonore the best of luck.
