Hällsnäs hotel & restaurant is incredibly beautifully situated, surrounded by a sparkling lake and a dense pine forest. Every meal at Hällsnäs should be an experience, all ingredients are carefully selected, and the food prepared with both soul and heart.

The philosophy with the food is that it should be well prepared with simple flavours which can then be served in an airy and lovely atmosphere. The food is composed by food creator Thomas Sjögren, who in 2015 won the prestigious Chef of the Year competition, as well as Ola Wallin, silver medallist of Chef of the Year and winner of the Nordic Championships.

We want to work with Generation Waste as we think it is an effective way to reduce our food waste and contribute to a better environment. Also, to make our staff aware that there is a lot of money that is thrown away unnecessarily every day'', says Oscar Gyllström, Owner of Goldrest AB.
