Aquarelle Restaurang, Catering & Event begins collaboration with Generation Waste
We thank Aquarelle for choosing Generation Waste to reduce food waste in their kitchen and to work more sustainably.
Aquarelle works actively for more sustainable production of raw materials and cooking as well as reduced food waste. Generation Waste helps Aquarelle to reduce food waste and thrive for sustainability. Aquarelle Restaurant, Catering & Event only uses MSC-labelled fish and shellfish, chooses locally produced and preferably organic vegetables over imported ones, and chooses meat with care.
