Ingredienser

  • 800g chickpeas or white beans

  • 2 large cloves of garlic

  • 1st chili, Spanish

  • 1 dl olive oil

  • 1 lemon, juice, and zest

  • 1 tsp ground cumin

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander

  • Salt

  • Paprika powder and olive oil for garnish

Gör så här:

  1. Coarsely chop garlic and chili.

  2. Place garlic, chili, chickpeas/beans, spices, lemon zest, and oil in a bowl.

  3. Mix the hummus with a stick blender.

  4. Season to taste with lemon juice and salt.
