You can make a lot of leftover pasta. But spaghetti in particular does not have many uses if it is left over. Maybe it's something with the shape, but you don't see cold spaghetti very often in e.g. pasta salads or what. So comes a smart way to use up your leftover or overcooked pasta.

You simply mix it into soup. The pasta then acts as a rescue, making the soup more nutrient-dense and you don't have to throw away pasta that would otherwise have been difficult to use. Simply win-win and we like that, don't we?!
