Ingredients
Peel from organic carrots
The green on the leek
Paprika lock
A splash of olive oil
A handful of pumpkin seeds
Flake salt
Steps:
Rinse carrots, leek leaves, and paprika
Peel the carrots and place the carrot peels on a plate
Cut off the green leaves of the leek. Finely shred and place on the platter
Cut off the top cap of the pepper and remove the stem
Shred the capsicum and place it on the plate
Pour in olive oil, and pumpkin seeds and sprinkle with some flake salt
