Ingredients
1-liter sour cream/creme fraiche
1.5 liters of Turkish yogurt
400g feta cheese
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup honey
Parsley and mint
Salt and pepper
Steps:
Crumble the feta cheese
Chop the herbs
Mix the sour cream and yogurt with the feta cheese and the other ingredients
Season with salt and pepper
