Chocolate and coffee balls

  • 20 fresh dates

  • 6 dl oatmeal

  • 1/2 dl coffee grounds + a little coffee if the batter is not malleable

  • 200g butter

  • 1 cup of cocoa

  • 2 tsp vanilla powder, which can be omitted

  • 5 dl coconut flakes


  1. Chop the dates

  2. Mix the oatmeal

  3. Add the dates, coffee grounds, and butter and mix everything

  4. Mix in cocoa and vanilla

  5. Shape the dough into small balls

  6. Roll the balls in coconut

  7. Store them in the fridge
